Born and raised in Chicago, Jeremy Oleson created Blue Future in 2015 with the intention of cultivating an escape through the journey of music. In two years, he has released six EP’s and one full length LP. He has additionally released remixes for artists such as Marvel Years, SuperVision, Vibe Street, Artifakts, Ageless, and Deerskin. Jeremy has been privileged with joining Manic Focus and Vibe Street on tour and sharing the stage with countless other talented artists.
“My goal is to make music that inspires and carries people through the journey of life the same way that other artists have done for me. To make something that will make someone happy and feel good during the best of times, and help them get through the worst of times. The sound track to their lives as they walk down a city street, or watch the colors of the sky fade in the sunset behind the buildings, trees, power lines, and street lights. Something that lives in the soul and makes you keep going.”
– Jeremy Oleson
Essonite is a three person, live, electronic ensemble from Philadelphia, PA. Essonite is the brain child of Martin Esser and Will Loftus, who met while attending Temple University for undergrad. Similar interests in audio technology and music composition found them creating content in abnormal jam sessions. In 2016 they officially branded as Essonite, working to format live instrumentation into electronic domains. As the necessity for live percussion grew, Alec Powell, a drummer they had previously worked with, joined the project. The live experience maintains its organic improvisational qualities by avoiding full backing tracks, or prerecorded instrumentation. Essonite is an ever-growing project, periodically the group will bring other musicians on board for more complex electronic jam abilities, specifically in a live setting. The live show is an impressive block of emotional display; each track or jam is a re-exploration, or continuation of a studio release, in a `live remix` fashion, allowing for completely different takes and melodic structures that can be found nowhere but on stage. Behind the scenes Essonite works with a wide range of session musicians, other similar artists, and friends to record analog base instruments for later construction of studio releases.
The result of experimentation with consciousness through the vast range of frequencies. Hailing from the DC/ Baltimore area, Image.Nation is no stranger to shows around the east coast and his live sets span the vast spectrum of sound with smooth psychedelic vibes that will leave you wandering the depths of your own Imagination.
